b. Create a new account

  • Click on Register or Create Account .
  • You will be asked to enter basic information such as:
    • Full name
    • Email address (make sure it is valid, as it will be used to confirm the account)
    • Password (choose a secure one, but one you can remember)

c. Confirm your email address

  • After entering your details, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Log in to your email and click the link to activate your account.

d. Complete your profile

  • Once you have confirmed your email address, you can log in to the site and complete your profile with any additional information, such as your default shipping address, preferred payment method, and more.

2. Log in to patforpet.com

Once you have registered, following these steps to log in is just as easy.

  • Go back to the patforpet.com main page and look for the Login or Sign In button (usually in the upper right corner of the page).

b. Enter your credentials

        Payment on delivery is accepted only if made in cash or by bank draft;
        consequently, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1197 of the civil code, payments made by bank check will not be accepted.
        Payment on delivery will be subject to a 3% surcharge for each order placed, with a minimum of 3 euros.
        This surcharge is to be attributed solely and exclusively to the Courier chosen and used by Patforpet.

        In case of lack/refusal of payment, the driver will not deliver the goods.

        Terms of sale
        The conditions of sale described below are expressed in accordance with Italian law and are intended to be applied to all purchases made through the website www.patforpet.com and orders sent via email. The conditions of sale will be accepted, without exception, upon confirmation of the order.

        All sales, delivery and payment methods are listed in detail in the various sections of the Site and are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. The conditions applicable to each individual order will be those set out on the Site at the time of the order itself. Any new conditions will be effective from the moment of publication on the Site and will apply only to sales concluded subsequently.

        All buyer data will be treated in full compliance with the Italian privacy law (Art. 30 Legislative Decree 196/03): for further information read paragraph 18.

        1. DEFINITIONS AND IDENTITY OF THE CONTRACTUAL PARTNER
        Pat for pet is a domain that represents and is registered by Ferrante Mariasole, via monte cervino, 4, VAT number 0477730617, tax code FRRMSL81L46L219Y, and registration number in the Caserta Company Register, REA registration no. 354390, hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier", and is aimed at the online sale of pet products.
        The term Customer means the natural person who intends to purchase goods from the Supplier.
        The Supplier sells the goods "on line", i.e. via the remote communication system called "internet".
        All purchase contracts are made with the Supplier. All communications between Customer and Supplier will be by email except as indicated below.

        2. PRODUCT FEATURES AND WARRANTIES
        All products presented on the site are described in detail in the product sheets. In relation to the different rendering of internet navigation software and each monitor, the Supplier cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies regarding the reference images of the products. The images of the products published on the site are purely indicative. In the absence of specific indications in the order notes, the lack of conformity of the purchase cannot be complained about.
        All products marketed by the Supplier belong to a high quality standard, any legally required guarantees are provided directly by the manufacturers. Consequently, the reference regulations and the methods of application of the guarantee are the same as those indicated by the manufacturer on the product packaging.
        The Supplier declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages of whatever nature or in whatever form they manifest themselves, resulting from the use of the Site and/or the news, photos and information contained therein.

        3. UNAVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT AND PURCHASE LIMITATIONS
        The Supplier shall not be liable in any way for the temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more products. In the event of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested products, the Supplier undertakes to promptly inform the Customer in accordance with the procedures set forth in art. 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and not to charge the Customer the corresponding price or, in the event of advance payment, to reimburse the Customer for the purchase if requested.

        4. DURATION OF OFFERS
        All products and prices indicated on the Site constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and methods contained on the Site itself and in these general conditions of sale.
        The offers proposed on the Site are valid subject to stock availability. The Supplier reserves the right to modify and/or revoke the offers in accordance with the provisions of art. 1336 CC

        5. SELLING PRICE
        All sales prices shown on the Site are expressed in euros and are inclusive of VAT but not of any customs duties to be considered the responsibility of the buyer if applicable. The Customer's expense will consist exclusively in the calculation at the time of the order, without any consideration of price increases or decreases, even for promotions, possibly occurred subsequently or previously concluded. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the products.

        6. DISCOUNT COUPONS
        The Supplier may accept only one Discount Coupon for each order.

        7. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS and CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
        The order sent by the Customer will be binding only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any error messages being highlighted by the Site.

        The contract may be considered concluded when the Customer:

        - will have filled out the digital form containing their identification data. The Customer elects the place indicated in the order form as their domicile; the following must be present: the street number, the postal code of the area, the name or number shown on the doorbell, the telephone number where the Customer can be contacted. By entering the telephone number and email address, the Customer accepts the use of these means of communication by the Supplier and its collaborators. Before the final confirmation of the order, the Customer may further verify the correctness of the data entered by viewing the order page.

        - will have selected the type of payment you wish to adopt.

        - will have sent the order to the Supplier by email. Sending the order implies knowledge and complete acceptance of the conditions of sale.

        The order is considered accepted by the Supplier upon shipment of the goods. The Customer is required to enter only and exclusively his/her personal data and telephone and electronic references in the form; therefore, he/she may not enter data of third parties or, even less, false and/or imaginary data. Orders placed by minors may not be accepted. The Supplier reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest of the Customers, and also reserves the right to refuse an order.

        8. ORDER CONFIRMATION
        In his email inbox the Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed with the summary of the products, the relative prices and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order itself. If he does not receive the order confirmation this could be caused by a problem during the order phase and it would be advisable to contact the Supplier at the email address: infopatforpet24@gmail.com to verify that the order has arrived.

        9. PAYMENT METHODS
        The Customer may pay at his/her choice by:

        credit card (PayPal). You just need to link your credit or prepaid card to your PayPal account. If you don't have a card, no problem: top up your PayPal account with a simple bank transfer. In addition, to send a payment with PayPal, you only need to know the recipient's email address. For more information www.paypal.it

        bank transfer. Payment is made, at the same time as the order is shipped, via the home banking of the Customer's bank, according to the usual methods of each Credit Institution.
        The goods will be shipped upon receipt of the CRO by the Customer.

        In case of late payment, the Supplier reserves the right to claim late payment interest, calculated on the basis of the legal rate in force, applicable from the due date of payment.
        The Supplier cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment, at the time of purchasing the products, not being, at any time, part of the procedure.

        10. ORDER EVASION
        The Supplier undertakes to process, within 2 working days from receipt of payment, the Customer's order within the limits of the stocks present in the warehouse. If one or more items are not immediately available, the Supplier undertakes to immediately notify the Customer, and to agree with the same the possibility of a partial shipment.

        11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
        The goods will be delivered throughout Italy, including the islands, by Express Courier. Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form. Any delays occurring during transport will not be the responsibility of the Supplier and cannot constitute a reason for withdrawal or give the right to compensation, except as provided for by art. 54 Legislative Decree 206/05.

        FAILURE TO COLLECT. The presence of the Customer, or a person designated by him, at the address indicated in the order is required for delivery. If, at the first delivery, no one collects the goods, the courier will leave a notice for the Customer and arrange a second delivery; if the goods are not collected at the second delivery, the courier will keep the goods in storage at its warehouse for three days. If the Customer fails to collect the goods, the Supplier reserves the right to charge additional costs resulting from the Customer's negligence in relation to the failure to collect the shipment. The Supplier will also have the right to exclude the Customer from subsequent purchases or to make the provision of the service subject to online payment.

        RESPONSIBILITY. The Supplier assumes no responsibility for any disruptions due to causes of force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, riots, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, damage to computer systems, system failures and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the correct execution of the contract within the agreed timeframes. The Supplier cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses and/or costs arising from the failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above. The Customer will only be entitled to a refund of the price already paid.
        The Supplier guarantees compliance with the quality standards relating to the products; any liability relating to the poor condition of the products due to improper handling after the time of delivery is excluded.
        Any disputes relating to the performance of the service may be raised, under penalty of forfeiture, within ten days of delivery of the products. The Customer, from the moment in which he receives the damaged goods or requests their return to the carrier, has direct and exclusive action against the carrier himself. The latter is also liable for the delay in delivery of the goods to the recipient. In such cases, the Supplier must be considered exempt from any liability for loss or damage (damage) of the goods from the moment in which the same is delivered without reservations to the carrier for transport.
        In the event of partial loss or damage not recognisable at the time of delivery, the Customer must report the damage to the carrier as soon as it becomes known, under penalty of forfeiture, within and no later than eight days of receipt, by registered letter with return receipt (art. 1698 cc).

        12. SHIPPING COSTS
        Shipping costs are €7.00 for each shipment whose amount is less than €80.00. The cost will be added to the order amount. The Customer will therefore have the possibility to check the amount of shipping costs before completing the purchase procedure.

        13. RIGHT OF PROPERTY
        The Supplier remains the owner of the goods until the payment by the Customer is credited to the Supplier's account.

        14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
        As provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer who is not satisfied with the product received, can exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty and without any justification, within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. Although not required by law, we will still be grateful to our Customers if they will provide us with a brief explanation of the reasons for the withdrawal.

        To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:

        send to the Supplier, within the expected terms of 10 working days, by registered letter with return receipt, a refund request specifying the intention to withdraw from the purchase; the products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal (attaching a copy of the order, complete with the customer's name); the bank details of the customer's account to which the refund will be made. The communication may be anticipated (but must still be confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours), by e-mail to infopatforpet24@gmail.com and must be sent to pat for pet c/o FERRANTE MARIASOLE, with headquarters in via MONTE CERVINO 4 81025 MARCIANISE CASERTA.
        Return, no later than the following 5 days, by post and at your own expense, the goods intact in all their parts, unused, complete with the original packaging and instructions for use, under penalty of ineffectiveness of the right of withdrawal. It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the items are entirely borne by the Customer. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Supplier will notify the Customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be returned, with shipping costs paid by the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal. The Supplier is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.

        Upon receipt, the returned goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the goods are intact and the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the methods described, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Supplier will proceed to refund the amount, net of delivery costs, by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the Customer.
        The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where the Supplier ascertains:

        - the lack of the original external/internal packaging.

        - the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...).

        - damage to the product for reasons other than its transport or for exceeding the time limits established by law for reasons not deriving from the Supplier.

        In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Supplier will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.

        In the event that the Customer receives damaged goods or goods that are different from those ordered, the Supplier will fully refund the amount corresponding to the value of said goods, including the related shipping costs. The Customer is required to inform the Supplier that the goods are damaged or do not correspond to those ordered within two days of delivery.

        The right of withdrawal by the Customer does not apply in the event that the purchase of the goods was made at the point of sale, since in this case the transaction is concluded at the time of issuance of the receipt or invoice by the store. It cannot therefore be considered a transaction concluded online or mail order and the relationship is maintained with the manager of the point of sale.

        The Customer may not exercise this right for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

        15. EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
        Failure by the Customer to comply with one of the obligations set forth in Articles 7 and 9 above, and in particular the payment obligation, will result in the termination of the contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for a judicial ruling, without prejudice to the Supplier's right to take legal action for compensation for further damages suffered.

        16. AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE
        If the Customer encounters problems relating to a purchased product, he/she may request assistance by sending an email to the Supplier describing the problem to INFOPATFORPET24@GMAIL.COM. The Supplier's After-Sales Assistance Service will respond to the Customer within 24 working hours and will help him/her resolve the problem.

        17. PROVISION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - PRIVACY POLICY
        We hereby inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, that the Supplier processes the data provided by the Customer in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data processing. Personal data is collected for the purpose of registering the Customer and activating the procedures for the execution of this contract and the related necessary communications. The provision of data is optional but any refusal to provide them determines the impossibility of proceeding with the provision of the service. Such data is processed electronically in compliance with the laws in force and may be exhibited only upon request of the judicial authority or other authorities authorized by law. This Privacy Policy is only related to the patforpet.it Site and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

        The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

        DATA CONTROLLER. The data controller is PATFORPET, at the headquarters of FERRANTE MARIASOLE VIA MONTE CERVINO 4, MARCIANISE CASERTA. To exercise the rights provided for in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Customer must write to the address indicated, or to infopatforpet24@gmail.com for the attention of the Data Controller.

        PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING. The processing connected to the web services of this Site takes place at the Supplier's headquarters and is handled only by persons authorized to carry out the activities necessary for the execution of the stipulated contract. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated except for the purpose of performing the service or performance requested and exclusively within the scope of this purpose.

        SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA. Personal data, possibly collected on the Site, are protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Only personnel specifically appointed by the Supplier and equipped with their own authentication credentials can access such data. All necessary security procedures have been applied to protect data from violations by unauthorized personnel, both locally and online. All personal data provided to us are, in fact, stored in a secure and controlled environment. To this end, physical, electronic and organizational processes have been set up to safeguard and protect the information collected, including the use of firewalls, antivirus and connection protection.

        SHARING AND DISTRIBUTION. The personal data provided by the Customer are collected by telematic means and processed, also with the aid of electronic means, directly and/or through delegated third parties (such as companies for home delivery, for postal and data entry, laboratories for product customization, for consultancy, etc.) for the purposes related to the execution of the service and the management of the purchase order of the products and for statistical purposes or sending advertising material, also through the use of electronic mail. In any case, the Customer's data will not be communicated or disseminated except for the fulfillment of the obligations required by law.

        CUSTOMER RIGHTS. Once the Customer has provided his/her data, he/she enjoys the rights set forth in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, and that is, he/she can know, through free access to the register, the existence of data processing that may concern him/her; request confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data at the Supplier's premises; know their origin, the logic and the purposes of their processing; obtain their updating, rectification and integration; request their cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in the event of unlawful processing, as well as obtain certification that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, with the exception of the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected; oppose the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication and be informed, no later than the time in which the data are communicated and disseminated, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.

        18. COMPETENT COURT
        The general conditions of sale are established according to Italian law. For any and all disputes that may arise in relation to the application, interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale, the Court of Caserta will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the applicability of art. 63 of Legislative Decree 206/05. The Supplier reserves the right to modify, if necessary, the general conditions of sale and therefore invites the Customer to consult them regularly.
