The current shipping time provided by Patforpet.com is 24/48 hours.
Shipping costs are €9.00 for orders under €80.00.
Shipping is free for orders of €80.00 or more.
Generally, the morning after receiving this email, you can check the expected delivery day and time slot.
The courier is provided with the telephone number only and exclusively to be able to contact the Customer in case of problems, not to arrange or notify about the arrival.
Unlocking and Resending Packages Fees
If a package is not delivered because the recipient is absent, the courier may hold it pending delivery or charge a fee for reshipping.
- In these cases, all unlocking and reshipment costs are always borne by the customer , since it is the recipient who did not collect the goods.
- It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a new delivery. If we contact the courier on the customer's behalf, it will only be as a courtesy, but any costs will still be the customer's responsibility.
