FRESH TROUT AND DUCK with Dandelion, Pomegranate and Pineapple

Trout is a food with nutritional properties, high in protein, low in fat and cholesterol. These characteristics make trout an excellent product to include in the dog's diet. Among the mineral salts present in its meat, the limited sodium content, excellent quantities of iron and potassium stand out. As far as vitamins are concerned, trout includes thiamine (vit. B1) and niacin (vit. PP). Furthermore, trout is the only fish that, even if farmed, does not survive in polluted waters.

Duck is a food with lean meat and fatty skin. Duck meat is rich in proteins with high biological value. The fats present are predominantly saturated. There are no sugars or dietary fiber in duck. The overall energy intake is good.
Duck is therefore suitable for any diet, even for overweight dogs. In fact, there is not a large caloric difference between duck meat and chicken meat, 160 cal./hecto for the first and 120 cal./hecto for the second. From a saline point of view, duck is rich in potassium and iron. As regards vitamins, niacin (vit. PP) and vit. are well present. A.
